What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process designed to move you forward, to help you get a clearer picture of what it is you want and what’s keeping you stuck, either personally or professionally.
It gets you off the gerbil wheel and into action.

What happens during the first session or two? Questions to explore strengths, challenges and formulating a plan of action for the achievement of YOUR specific goal. We start from where you are today and move forward.
A typical arrangement involves weekly coaching sessions (60 minutes) by phone. The weekly sessions are at a prearranged time each week. You make the call – and each session is structured, focused and designed around you.
Check in Daily with me throughout the week by email, text message or voice mail message. This support helps to maximize your potential to implement your action plans and achieve your specific goals.
As action plans and goals are achieved, we might move on to new goals, plan for the longer term or you might decide to stop coaching. Coaching centers on your needs so those decisions are driven by well, YOU.
My role as a coach is to assist you in moving toward what you want with skills that are repeatable and transferable.
